LPC-Intern Supervision

Bob Fine has been a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor since 2005. He has provided Supervision to Master level Interns who are completing internships for their counselor programs and he has supervised LPC-Interns working at non-profit agencies in Collin County. While employed at Hope's Door and Crossroads Family Services in Plano, TX; and, at The Samaritan Inn in McKinney, TX, Bob has provided therapy services, psycho-educational groups, served as Clinical Supervisor and has helped clients receive therapy by supervising Interns at those agencies. He is an Approved Supervisor for counseling programs at Texas Woman's Universtity, University of North Texas, Texas A&M Commerce, Dallas Baptist University and Amberton University. With education and experience in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Counseling and Development, Bob is able to provide supervision to students who are learning to help clients from multiple theoretical perspectives. Using a unique style of supervision that includes support , education and practical direction he is able to help interns develop competency and confidence that will help them on their journey towards licensure.


Having experience working at psychiatric hospitals, employee assistance programs, as an insurance company provider, non-profit agencies and private practice Bob has the practical knowledge and experience that allows him to provide supervision to LPC-Interns that helps them start directing their experience toward a career providing therapy that effectively helps clients.
